Accessing the Front Entrance

Our main entrance uses a mortise-style smart lock. It requires a firm push on the handle once your code is accepted.

1. Wake the Keypad:

Place your palm or the back of your fingers flat against the black glass screen to wake up the lock. The numbers will illuminate.

2. Enter Your Code:

Firmly tap in the unique access code provided in your welcome email.

3. Press to Confirm:

Tap the Unlock symbol at the bottom of the keypad. You will hear a short chime and a mechanical click.

4. Open the Door: Act within 5 seconds. Push down firmly on the handle and push the door open.

Your private suite features a motorized smart deadbolt. Unlike the front door, this lock turns the mechanism for you.

1. Wake the Keypad:

Place your palm or the back of your fingers flat against the black glass screen to wake up the lock. The numbers will illuminate.

2. Enter Your Code:

Tap in your unique access code.

3. Press to Confirm:

Tap the Unlock symbol.

4. Wait for the Deadbolt:

You will hear the motorized deadbolt retract on its own. Once it finishes, simply turn the doorknob and step into your sanctuary.

Front Entrance: This door automatically locks securely behind you.
Suite Entrance: This door does not automatically lock. When departing, ensure the door is fully closed, then press the Unlock icon on the keypad to engage the deadbolt and secure your room.

Screen won't wake up: Make sure you are using your full palm or the back of your fingers; a single fingertip usually isn't enough.
Red flashing/beeping: The code was entered incorrectly. Wait for the screen to clear and try again.
Code isn't working: Double-check the digits in your welcome email. Please note that your unique PIN is only active between your designated check-in and check-out times.
