The most convenient public parking is on Elias Street and Queen Street. From there, it's a short, scenic stroll across the Walk Bridge over the Ganaraska River to reach Port Hope Suites.
Parking details:
Free lots vs. meters. Some downtown lots are free; on-street meters are paid during the week and usually free on weekends.
EV charging. Electric vehicle charging stations are available at some locations, use the PlugShare app for up-to-date information.
Please double-check all signage before leaving your car. Some lots that were previously free may have transitioned to paid, and seasonal parking restrictions (winter and school-year rules) may be in effect. On-street rules in residential areas can also vary block to block, so the posted signs are always the final word.
